Instagress strategies

Hey, Just wondering what options are best using instagress.

I'm torn whether to have:
1) 3 bots commenting and tagging my main niche account on niche specific hashtags,
2) 2 bots doing that and my main account auto commenting/following (not sure which is best and least likely to result in a ban).

I'd also like some help to what comments to put so they don't sound to spammy and bot-ty.

I've heard it was safe to run up to 3 bots from Instagress at once, although I could be wrong.

Don't worry you're fine. I ran up to 8 accounts on instagress a few months back without any issues.

Tagging my main account never really worked for me. Commenting, liking and following users within my niche yielded to better results.
