Instagress Settings

I was wondering what are your safe Instagress settings. I set my Instagress for 4 accounts with a few safety measures.

I only post 8 hours a day.
Followings and likes only.
Activity is done at a normal speed rather than a fast one.
User to follow atleast must have a profile pic and a few posts.
I calculate my Follow back percentage everyday, improved the overall followback percentage from 28% to 42% of all four as of today.

I think scheduling it for 8 hours a day keeps my account at a very safe edge, but it just seems to be very slow this way. With 8 hours per day, I'm only getting the 1/3rd of the potential growth for the day. Although I wasn't advised to use the fast settings, I might just use fast mode for 8 hours a day. I think that way I wont look like a bot (since posting 8 hours a day) and can increase following speed (by setting it to fast) simulation normal human behavior and activity.

I post 2-3 times a day only when i've time

Engagement is important, just post quality contents with good related hashtag and you'll grow easy, also without follow/unfollow (i get 5-15 follower for every new post, not a lot but accounts only have 1000 followers)

Just be patient, i know that is sad to see the account grow slowly

Do you ever use the setting for targeting locations?

Great information, my setting is base on a 11 hours rotation
follow 400
unfollow 400
300 likes for brand awareness
no comments either.
