Activity speed: Normal
Media source : Tags
Media age : 1

Likes counter:600
Comments counter:150
Follows counter:300

Are there any better settings to take the maximum ?

I use the same but set the profile filter to low, this helps filter spam accounts by not targeting accounts without a profile photo etc.

For starters you need to put it on fast. Their fast is still considered 'slow' vs manually raping out actions on your phone
