Instagress Settings

I used Instagress months ago to help grow my accounts to where they're at now, 102K, 57K, 33K, and 30K, i basically has spam accounts commenting, likings, and following on related hashtags to my niche to drive traffic to my main page but when all of ig went crazy this past month i turned off my remaining bots, i have like 3-4 left but i don't know what Instagress settings i can use so they're commenting, following, and liking photos, can anyone tell me what the limits would be for installers? not interested in getting FollowLiker, just want to be able to use these few accounts again to drive traffic to my main page, thanks!

If you are doing @main comments dont do anymore than 100-120 a day..thats about 12 hrs of activity. Do 2hrs on 1hr off until you have 12hrs up in daily schedule. All comments stick..it was never effected during any crackdown by instajews

it's safer to warm up for a few days before doing fast settings.

That's true although i was pumping out 100 comments after day 3 lol
