Instagress Following and Unfollowing Same Time ?

So If I activate Instagress bot to follow and unfollow at the same time would it get my account banned or I should just keep it to one and not do both at same time.

Got a instagram acc with 1k Followers and 2.4k Following need to even that out. Thanks.

No, don't follow and unfollow at the same time. Either you follow or unfollow, not both. It might get you temp banned.

You can't select both options even if you tried.

Thanks you guys for the input, I aint going to select both as I think its quiet suspicious. And mladz you can select both options on Instagress.

I will just keep unfollowing on until I get 100-500 following.

Yes, it's not good to follow and unfollow at the same time. We usually follow until we reach the follow limit and then wait 1-2 days before we start unfollowing.
