Instagram's webapp interface changed on windows

I use web browser for certain accounts to add custom keywords to "Inappropriate Comments" section, "follow, unfollow, unfollowed, unfollowing" if anyone needs an idea. People like to complain in the comments and doesn't look good. Now they changed the interface last week or so, and cannot find the option for the life on me. Can someone point me in the right direction? Much appreciated.
