Instagrams stupid we detected automated bs

Getting so sick of instagrams fcking we detected automated behaviour on your account bs, fs
im im not even using any insta automation tools and im not using a vpns including chrome extensions and im not using any other apps for my insta.

im not engaging in any spammy behaviour whatsoever and i dont buy anything using bots, all i did was literally login into my insta and the gave me this damn warning again. Ffs insta is such a buggy peice of shit.

Changing the password or putting 2factor on wont resolve this as its nothing to do with this, but If anyone has any resolve to this would apreciate it.

no why would it because ive never done anything spammy on insta or anything else against their terms, so there would be no reason to flag my ip

no not that either im doing nothing wrong all i did was login for literally a few secs and browsed down a bit and i got the message

no because it doesnt make sense on why they would do that as im not doing anything against terms or performing any spammy like behaviour, so there shouldn't be any reason for them to flag my ip.
 
maybe someone is reporting your account, if you are working by the book is really weird you get those messages the only thing I can imagine is someone is messing up with you, could be a competitor or some followers.
 
Either your IP is flagged or you using it on browser is the issue, Never got this on mobile until something wrong was done.
 
IG system send this type of message to many random profiles who ips are flagged.
 
You clearly have done something to get the IP and or account flagged. Just because you think it doesn't make sense does not make it true.
As people above have stated maybe you have been reported but it is a long shot. It is a very specific warning so clearly something has flagged your account.
As to what caused it, it could be anyones guess and you will never know. Just leave the account alone for a few days then start posting or interacting with it once per day, then twice and build back up.
Instagram is very forgiving with flags so chill and start again.
At least they didn't just ban it.
