Instagram's new popular page algoritm?

Hi guys,

I am here to ask Pro Igers a question;

Instagram changed its algoritm last week or something and now it is much easier to make your photos to the popular page. However, some accounts with huge likes cant go to popular page. I dont know it is a bug or something strange thing in their algoritm.

Any idea? Anyone knows whats going on? I can give example account names if necessary.

It's harder, it isn't? What program r u using atm?
