Instagram's latest updates too strict?

Personal story : I have posted a picture with 14 hashtags and IG did not let me do, deleted my post. I decreased to 7 hashtags and worked. Probably they restricted the number of hashtags and they want to prevent hashtag spamming.
When I start to follow people, I am trying just to follow 3 ppl each time. I make an hour brake and then continuing following. I wish they take back these regulations.

Please try log-out and log-in again your account. Then use as less as possible hashtags. Also be sure that you confirmed your phone number and mail address.

Instagram is getting more difficult. I think every week they have new update. Currently im follow 2-3 per operation and 60 follows a day using jarvee but still getting blocked follow

Instagram (Facebook) is gearing up for a pay-for-reach business model like was done with Facebook pages a few years ago. They won't fix the issues because they don't care about daily active user amounts anymore- they care about paid advertising revenue.
I think the biggest problem nowadays is f/uf method itself. When you like and follow 200 people in a day, there is no action blacks for me. But once when you start unfollow, there come action block, varification and other shit in 1-2 days.
And its not about proxies and jarvee and bot stuff, I'm talking about hand-made activity from iphone, where one phone is used for one profile and actions are split between 5-6 activities in a day.

I cannot follow, comment or like on Instagram for the past 3 weeks, it seems like it is a shadow ban. How long does these ban usually last for?

Yeah guys, get over it, automation isn't working anymore for Instagram. I'm using my own hands, manually. I take breaks. I know this isn't possible for 100+ accounts, but if you have like 5-10 accounts this is doable.

I do not agree. The reach on Instagram is amazing, you just need to understand how to leverage the platform. It is not about likes and comments anymore. It is much more about shares and saves.
I speak through experience. Over the course of this past month, I increased my engagement rate from 1.5% to 2.33% (with +1.3m followers) by:
1) going from 3 to 1 post a day, and
2) avoiding using hashtags.
I now retain my followers better, I have maintained a gain of about 2.000 followers per day, and my average performance metrics have increased about 40% – including reach. If you build a quality account, you will not experience these issues at all.
I tried but didnt worked, this happened to me again before, i was only able to post after 7 days
But how 6 do you reach new followers without using hashtags?

I got blocked from following 20 people with badges which they suggested I follow who I was actually Interested in following lmao, before it was about 30-35 per round, lately I've been blocked after 15. And today I woke up to half my database with a minor action block. It'll be an easy fix to keep it going , but they definitely tightened down

Yesterday I created an account manually and manually liked & followed. They asked me like 2-3 times for phone number verification, no bots used.
Especially new users will be confused and annoyed by this.

Because people share my posts with their friends. On average, each of my posts are shared 3.800 times. Trust me, this gives tons of followers. I used to use hashtags to grow, but it is not necessary when the snowball of organic traffic is rolling.

It's not a shadowban, it was happening to a lot of users randomly, for no reason. I was unblocked after a month...
