Focus on reaching 15k followers. I started receiving emails, DMs after 15k. Shoutcart is a credible website to buy and sell shoutouts.

I start with instagram just this month. I bought a auto flowers. Now i can get 200 to 300 followes daily. My acount now have 2 k. I think you should focus on growing your followrs first. Build many accounts in many niches and grow it. After that when yu reach 10 k start testing many offers. And also do shoutout. Good luck

I just bought a Shout from someone that was less then 100k they had 75k and it was $10, also have bought one before from a 300k and it was $20 usally from the 500k and up with when you can start going up on price but you engagement is going to play a big role if someone is going to pay big $$ for a shoutout on your page
