I wouldn't put more than 5 on one IP. I was doing some of my own testing with 8 on the same IP and 2 of them were recently deactivated before I even commenced operations. However, when I have 5 or fewer on one IP everything works fine.

Hi, Gramblr is the best one. register your account and make a post then sign out and clear your cookies and prefetch in your system after reopen and use it same as u did before. My suggestion is changing VPN per every account. These steps will secure to get banned.
 
Now I have 4 accounts, and it says that i can add another, I'm not sure how many can we use in a single phone or in an IP address
 
im use Instagress. it is the best solution for me
 
you can have 5Instagram accounts with every IP.
You can add 5 to your Phone and 5 to your PC, and so...
 
You can use up to 5 Accounts per device, i believe. However quite a few times for some glitchy reason, Instagram app had allowed me to add 6 accounts. Might have something to do with them not logging one of the other accounts out completely before I add another one.
