Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question but can someone tell me that if I DM the instagram page directly for the shout out, will they reply to that?
 
I have a makeup account and I've targeted some instagram pages which produce and sell makeup... So should I message them or what?
 
Start a ecommerce/dropshipping store and buy shoutouts, works well usually if decent product.

it depends how many followers you have because if your a small instagram account and you message a big account for a shout out they won't help you cuz its not gonna help them,

I have almost 20 k followers and the pages I've targeted for ads have nearly the same number of followers

yea like s4s shout out for shout out, and check their page interactions as well so you not wasting your time with pages that get no views or likes
