Instagram

Hey everyone!
I am using Instaget and xGram and i have a few questions.
On the comment bot, what are good comments to put?
What are good settings for xGram?
What are good tags to use for liking photos and for commenting?
On xGramm, when i comment, i sometimes get an error saying "No accounts available for this thread" Then it stops? How do i fix?
And what is a good time limit to set inbetwee comments? as i keep getting max amount reached, and i would like it to go nonstop?
