How does one grow an adult Instagram page in one year?

For my Instagram pages, i used to pay a little for shout outs with limited results and upload quality content, but its going to be different for an adult page.

Just make sure you dont upload any nudity as you will get banned quickly due to their TOS against nudity.

First of all, need to make sure you do not post way too nude pictures as you might get flagged. I would suggest follow/unfollow by targeting people who already follow similar pages, plus use hashtags that have less search, under 1mil. Try to use max 15 hashtags and change them once in a while to avoid a shadowban. Post 2-3 times a day, indicate locations and maybe some engaging descriptions as well. Once you reach some good numbers, you can start looking for shoutouts on the similar pages that you have. + liking similar target pictures + commenting and the same every single day unless you start receiving some good amount of followers naturally by hashtags and being visible in likes, comments, etc.
