I started using python code to follow/unfollow but tying to figure out the right configuration. What are your suggestions of daily follow, unfollow, like, and comment so that I don't get banned.

Open to other suggestions also.

I think almost a year long, thinking about going in full agressive but dont want to get banned.

If you want to go in aggressive you have a high chance of getting banned though
Is the bot you are using/want to use your own code or is it some code you downloaded off the web?
What's your goal for the account? Do you just want to grow it? Are you going to use it for CPA? Are you using proxies? If yes what kind?
These are all factors you would have to take into consideration
It's hard to help you out with the information that you provided imo

I appreciate the questions.

I found the code on github and I tweaked it to my specs.
I want to grow my followers and eventually start promoting products/real estate
no proxies using
only focusing on one account

What I am looking for specific is how many unfollowers should I set in my code, currently i have
200 unfollow with 7 min sleep after 10 unfollow - Is it safe to increase this?

I havent started the follow code yet but would like to know the numbers if possible.

Is it set to 7 minutes constantly? Or do you have a random delay that just has max/min of 7 minutes to wait?
It is imoprtant that you warm up your account, even if it is aged
Usually when I do F/U with my aged accounts I increase the settings by about 50 everyday, when using IPV4 proxies
So I might increase follows and unfollows each by 25, or just one of them by 50, depending on what I feel like doing, to make it more random
For IPV6 proxies I increase it by like 20-30 a day
So if you are botting from your home IP and it is a IPV4 address that has not been blacklisted by IG you should probably be good with increasing it by 50 everyday until you reach the number of F/U you want to do in a day
I would not recommend doing more than 700 F/U actions a day, I usually do about 300-350 for each
For likes you have to try out, as I never really do likes, because I had a lot of trouble (action blocks) with them, even though I use accounts that are 1-7 years old with original emails that I obtained myself
Just try to make your bot act like a real human, don't perform tasks 24/7
If your bot has a scheduling ability, make your bot work about 10 hours a day
