Instagram with Ogads

1. How do you choose offer to promote? Which parameters (countries, devices, category...) do you consider when choosing the offer? Which one is your favorite?
2. How do you promote links from more then one IG account if they can't display the same link in bio, or they can?
3. You said you bought accounts, can you say how much you paid each and what are your expenses?
   
4. If you were to start with new accounts, how long (days,weeks) would you wait before you start following/unfollowing to avoid ban?
