Instagram warning message

Got this message this morning and wonder if anyone received this before?

“Using app to gain followers isn’t allowed.
You may have shared username and password with an app offering likes/followers. Artificially collecting likes and followers goes against our Community guidelines, and may result in your account being disabled. Change your password to stop this app from using your account for spam.”

Should I change password? Interestingly I stopped a service to F/U a month ago and occasionally will try some panel service on particular posts. I have already stopped all suspicious activity.

Hi, Yes they are sure that you've used some sort of services to grow your account. It's quite possible they might take action against your account if you continue to use such services on your account going forward.

It's better to stop it on this account and move to other account if you are doing mass-accounts.

Anyways, Do you use bots too?

Got this massage too bro. I think it is because I was using an app called "Followers Assistant Plus" for F/U Method.

No bots anymore. Was testing F/UF for a month that’s the only time being shared a username/pw with 3rd party app. Service is already discontinued.

Bought some likes from panel before but never aggressive usually a couple hundred at the max.

As you said the account is probably flagged. Not sure I should let it rest for 48H before posting anything.

Everything seems normal to me but I haven't posted anything yet to test it but I doubt that you will get any consequences. I'm not worried because many people use F/U or SMM Services

Don't use that app that you're using again. I'm pretty sure they're abusing public API to be caught so easily.

Instagram is evolving I guess. I tried so many web services and in just one day they block the service without any warning. Now it's really hard work to do all the work manually.

Do you mean SMM panel that kind of service is not safe to use anymore?
 
It's not an app. It's probably certain accounts.
I know of someone that uses several SMM panels. Some accounts received the above message, others did not. only difference was in the accounts beiing sent to those accounts.
For example: only women, or only US, etc.

I'm not saying those were the ones, just giving an example.

So, it's not the panel, it's the accounts that are doing the engagement (likes, comments, etc)
 
this msg is common for people who use their API to executee likes/follow actions. anyways, everyone who used jarvee got such msg. Just operate with soft settings.
