"warming up" your account means you start with low follow/unfollow and like rates, building (warming) up over time. I would suggest unfollowing after 2-3 days. Start low though, follow 10-50 on day way, unfollow 5-20 3 days later. Same with liking. Increase by 10-20 for your min and max until you get to 100. Then you can start increasing by 50s or 100s until you reach a safe point of maybe 1500-2k. After that, leave it. Anything higher and you'll be flagged by IG most of the time and either locked out or temp banned.
