Just wondering what everyone schedule looks like when they warm up aged accounts. Going to start INSTA + CPA soon, and wanted to play it safe, and try to avoid as much bans as possible.

If your account is older more than 6 months, start with 100F/100L and progressively increase up to 700. You can even go for 1000, but this aggressive setup exposes you a lot.

If you use Jarve make sure to add some story viewing/save posts actions also. Great way to make your account look legit.

what selling how many own following or of non followers? but isnt commenting better because it might get u more followers?

I started with 300F/300L is it too much? Also how much would you suggest for a month old account?
