2. You can try to see the engagement but if it drops switch to one again.
3. Like everything else it will wear out eventually. You need to rotate the hashtags and see what happens

The algorithm started to like what you post / when you post and how you conduct your account. Great, keep it up. Regarding the hashtags you can keep those 5 and add another 5-10 and you can rotate those additionally hashtags so it looks more human.
