This is also a very common issue. Have you tried reposting that video at a different time? Has the result changed?

Before considering this a bug, I'd check two things: Settings > Account Status—you can see there whether your content can be recommended to non-subscribers. And Reel's statistics: if almost all views are from subscribers, it's simply not being promoted, it's not a bug.

adding engage comment on other follow profiles posts with making good quality reel content and include of rank caption with trend hashtags to ensure views,profile growth and engagement.

i saw my story views freeze at 0 until i cleared the Instagram cache on my Pixel 6; go to Settings → Apps → Instagram → Storage and tap Clear cache, then reopen the app and the view count updates correctly

not currently posting on there but in the past, people would say when ig is doing updates then weird things happen.

It’s possible your post didn’t get recommended by IG because the timing wasn’t right. Try deleting it and re-posting during a peak time.

how are your other reels performing lately?knowing your usual average views would help figure out if this actual drop or just one video that not picked up yet.
