Is there a video downloader/scraper that will download the videos in bulk from instagram and the message that was posted with that video?

I am willing to pay for something like this.

4KStogram will "follow" IG pages and download everything they post with a caption you can read in the program.

Find 3-4 big pages and you'll have more videos than you can shake a stick at.

Once you download the videos, what is the best way to post them from a computer? I usually make a CSV file and upload them all at once to an account. But I can't find a mass video hoster so it is a huge pain. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
