As you can see in the earlier messages, there are a few small accounts already verified, so you can obtain it also, but you need to qualify for it first and there are a few requirements on the list. The easiest one is being active.
Don't need any requirements and don't need have any small followers, check my previus comments, you can see account verified with 1k followers

Its easy, with a verified page.
If you link your facebook page with the instagram profile. Obviously you need a verified page first.

It's automatic, it just does not always work.
I Have a Verified Page on facebook, but on "Facebook Mentions Support" where they ask like (change email mentions login, change password etc) u can see "other issues" (maybe i can write here : hello since i have a verified FB can get verified too on instagram) ?

it's definitely NOT true about it being easy with a verified FB page.. My FB & twitter (which are both linked to my IG) are verified.. I also have a wikipedia, who's dated who, famous fix, etc pages. But I'm not verified on instagram even though i have over 20k followers & average 2k+ likes per post.
