Instagram Verified with Bought Followers?

[Hope I'm in the right section]

So, I have a brand and I created an instagram account for it. It has around 3k bought followers and 200+ likes / photo (also bought). I've seen that lately instagram gave the option to request verification straight from the settings and my theory is that with all the scandal on russian websites stealing people's instagraminformation and impersonating people (or something like that) it would be somehow easier to get past verification.

Now my question is:
How likely is to get my account banned if I request it now while I have only bought followers / likes?

Instagram always mentions when you use promotional bots or buy some fake followers or likes. So it's better not to risk. If they will understand that you used some services they may simply block your account.
 
It doesnt matter as long as you have grounds for verification you can have a million bought followers and they still will do it
 
U wont get the blue dot if ur brand is not super known, i assume its not. If the option is there doesnt mean its easyer to get verified

Actually, it means just that. And as I said the update main reason was the impersonating accounts. A newer brand / company / public figure have more chances of being impersonated because they have less followers so there is less chance for someone to find their real profiles. And because now there is a public option to request verification there are more chances you'll get verified. Let's talk in the past, you needed someone intern to have A CHANCE, now you can request verification every 30 days.This is my opinion in this.
 
Well your opinion is wrong, i have my personal ig at 48k(0 bots or followers bought or used) with dozen of google search finds about me, im even verified on facebook. No badge on ig.
 
Since you have purchased followers, Instagram may consider it as n unauthentic way and your account is more likely to be banned. Either it may not be able to get verified or it may get banned.
 
you can always grow the account properly and post good content and try it. The option is for that only.

And no they do not ban your account for trying it even if you have violated their TOS in any way.

If they want to ban you for TOS Violation then they can do it directly they don't need to wait for you to request verification.
