Instagram verified really ?

LOL. She's in 30 under 30 by Forbes, so of course she matters... Number of followers is useless, plateforms verified account for everything EXCEPT number of followers on plateform

Is anyone still offering this service? We do not have a budget.

You can request it now if your profile meets some criteria

Like Froger mentioned, it's not just the number of followers you've but who you actually are as a person.
You could be a very well recognized B2B business who isn't very popular.

Or you could be a developer/promoted/supplier who's brand is a client of Instagram and puts a lot of money on advertisements.
Or it could be that your best friend works with the Instagram verification department.
The possibilities are basically endless, but at the end of the day, it's all about your network of people you know and the amount of money you have in your account.

This is important. It's about your network and who you are as a person. I know a writer with Conde Nast who is verified with only a couple of thousand followers because of her industry and who she works for. Get famous or get some connections

Generally, I could advise is - the more real engagement and the more real followers you have, the better. Also running other social media platforms and ensuring your online presence in general, would definitely help.

I'll answer the questions but won't help u get verified.

You get verified by either contacting Instagram and submitting a formal request,, if you're a persona(athlete, incorporated business, artist etc) -and they don't give a fuck how many follow u have my friend isba football player he's verified and only has 1.5k followers.

Being verified gets you access to beta features like adding links to story or "tap to shop" feature before it was available to the rest.

That's about it. You can also get verified without being a business account. But rly, just adds swag to you. Overly fancy overrated overhyped piece of name that can be faked by adding a blue circle at the end of your name lmao

The over-hype IS why it is valuable. It is still rare at the moment and it is rumored that you have much higher, if any limits to your actions. If a regular users sees a blue tick account in their notifications, they are 99% going to look at your page. Even more, they will spend time trying to figure out why you are special which will boost you. Within my office alone theres about 5 ppl who would bother me next day if I somehow got verified lmao.

Yea, at least with my personal experience managing a client's verified account using automation, I have not received any action blocks whereas I have before on other accounts. Tempts me to ramp up the activity as their growth expectations are becoming absurd, but I don't want to risk it...

The new Instagram verification process only takes followers into a percentage of the approval process.

The main way to get a verification badge is to have some sort of fame and/or influence.

In the verification application there’s also spots to link publicity articles “verifying” your status.

how is this possible? Is it scam?

Most likely it's a scam. Looks like both ( bruninha_alexandre and kadon_simmons ) are hijacked accounts. Bruna Alexandra is a paralympics table tennis player and Kadon Simmons is an MBL player. If you google these usernames, you will notice that these should be their official accounts, but apparently they are hacked.

I guess this is possible due to a glitch in Instagram verification system, i've seen similar hijacked accounts earlier, too. They don't last long btw... still fast money for the scammers.
