It depends how much money they are asking for,check their reviews and ask for proofs.
Probably you need $$$$ for media articles and media portal to submit your verifications,Dig deep if you are going to get your instagram verified from a seller(whoever it maybe)

Not used any such services. But gone through some threads claiming that they can complete the verification and it costs you a bit high. Go through the threads and do your research before heading towards verification process.

Yes there is a legit service here in BHW however just to let you know that if you don't have some type of press, then you probably have a low chance to get your account verified.

pay via escrow and they should include PR articles or other publicity setup for you (in case you do not already have) and then there are probably many people here who can help you out
