Its also a hard thing to provide evidence... In a forum like this, honest reviews of the service from other honest-worthy members is probably the only way... otherwise its easy for a scammer to just point to some random verifications and claim ownership of his work..

If you are an individual and aren't a public figure, brand or company. There is absolutely no way to request verification. Those who say they can do it now are scammers. It might have been possible like 2-3 years ago. But, now it isn't.
