I have something similar, but it's fuckin unstable, I can not sell it because you will blame me.

Just to clarify:

You want to grow you local follower base and want to know who is posting/posted recently nearby from a specific location. There is no such query in Instagram (unless you're from USA), so a database of user posts with locations attached must be available. Your only bet here is to buy access to the database.
