I wrote a script recently to collect some training data on Instagram comments based on hashtags, I might be able to modify it to do what you need...do you need a CSV as output?

Not really. I just want them, doesn’t matter how I get them, just to be filteres by how many followers they have

Hi all. Please write only if you have a real working script, I have used several tools/parsers however none of them worked normally..

OK - I can edit to do this. So you want something like ....
> Find users using hashtag X, grab thier username if they have more that Y followers?

Exactly more than X and less than Y but to have more than X is more than enough it would be a bit better with that Y, also
