you can unfollow 60+/- per hours as per my experiments. 500 unfollows per day is good if you are doing manually and not botting. If botting then decrease it to 100-200 per day.
 
Yeah just install an app called „InstaClean“. And the app unfollows 200 People for you for free. You don’t have to click unfollow you can just wait 1 min the app makes everything for you.
If you unfollowed 200 people just delete the app and reinstall it. You can unfollow 200 again for free...
 
I unfollow 1200+ with a bot daily and have no issues. Been doing it for a year.
 
you didnt said anything about the account age etc. how do you expect an exact answer. try to unfollow 500 each day. based on the fact you got 6k follows already.
 
I think you can go even to 100 unfolow a hour if you don't do it 24 hours!
