whats the best tool to unfollow users that didnt post in a long period? (last 365 days for example)

every bot can do it with a scrape function?

just scrape users who has posted 360 days ago and unfollow them. thats all-

Try Google - it knows more than I know.
Look for unfollow bots that offer free trials. Free is not always the best solution though since the services will be pretty limited (as in time, unfollows etc.)
