If you have a verified(bluetick) account, you can connect directly to live support.

If there is no live support option, log out and log in again or log in with a device you have logged in with before
If the profile picture belongs to you, it will open if you make a selfie with a paper with the date written on it with your username.

Follow these steps :
1.If you have a temporary block or 24 Hours Block, try Logging out and login the account again, this fixes the issue.
2.Wait for the block period to go away, until then dont do any actions but just do random actions like Feed Scroll, explore scroll, watching stories etc
3.If you have a 7 day block, you cant do anything to make that go away so you have to wait until 7 days to fix that.
4.If you get account compromised or password changes, you need to change password and start the work slowly again.
