Instagram top Page Method??

If you haven't recently looked at the explore tab then you would know that very random people are getting on the top page. I found most have around 400-700 followers which is strange. Also the pics are days old on some, anyone know how this is possible since so many people are achieving it? Thanks.

Currently they are based on your search history, tags on your followering's images etc. but half of the images are still from high level accounts. If you notice, those images that you see with only hundreds of likes will not increase in likes or comments significantly because you are the among the few who can actually see them on the popular page.

Wow, Thanks. I wasn't sure why I see pictures of completely random people getting on the top page. Thanks for clearing it up though, must be yet again a new insta change.
