Does anyone know if there is a tool or way to autopost Instagram videos to YouTube?

If not can someone code one for me, I am willing to pay.

Try posting in the hire a freelancer section. There are several guys here who code bots. I've not seen one specifically like what you want, but it shouldn't be hard to make one. It's a good idea.
