Instagram to launch Ads API

This has been floating around the news for some time but it seems we are getting very close to an official public launch.

Is this going to affect people like us, trying to make a buck on Instagram (whether that is through shoutouts, CPA, or other)? If so, how do you think this will affect us?

It has been in the settings of the app for a while under "about"

I don't think it will necessarily affect us, or atleast not yet. The ads that are coming through now are big time players. There is still plenty of time to make a couple of bucks before we all get shifted onto... Pinterest yikes.

Yep, they're also in the process of including instagram ads on facebook as well.

Can't wait

ill try to remember to snapshot one when i see it next...its basically the same as a post but it just says sponsored and you can click the instagram page of the company that is being promoted...they usually post videos.
