Instagram to agressive ban more than 24 Hours?

so I've made few accounts, and I've followed like 50 people over the night, then I added phone verification and then I went agressive with the settings, it got to 100 Followings and I couldnt follow more. Now its been over 48 hours and I still cant follow people. Does this mean these accounts are not gonna get unbanned. Because usually I get unbanned in 24 Hours
