    ---- THREAD CLOSED 04/04/2016 ----
Instagram is booming lately and lots of people have decided to give it a try and make some money with it. Some choose to grow accounts from 0 and some choose to buy an existing one as an investment, so here is the question. How do I know how much it can really cost? The true value of an Instagram account is relative. It depends on many factors and circumstances. Lately more than ever we can see a lot of luxury related accounts trying to grow up and been sold. Luxury was a very profitable niche at the beginning when there were just a few accounts around, but the fact there are so many of them at the moment harms the price of them. That?s why people look for different niches.People think it is pretty easy to create an account, make it grow until it reaches 10K followers and then sell it, but it is not that simple. The value of an account depends on the niche, and most important of all, it depends on the engagement (Followers Vs Likes). You can notice there are accounts with 1 million followers with the same amount of likes of a page with 100K followers. The main reason of why this happens is clear and simple. It is because they probable won followers at the beginning and then they filled the account with fake followers. People that don?t have much experience on Instagram probably wont notice this, but someone with experience will, and will be immediately disappointed in buying it. If I had to point the most important factors to calculate the cost of an Instagram account they would be:
    1. Likes (Real ones)
    2. Comments (Here you can see if the engagement is real)
    3. Age of the account (To notice if it will keep growing or if it?s a frozen account)
    4. Real clients (If it is already monetized or if it is ready to be monetized)
    5. Followers.
It it actually ironic that the number of followers of an account doesn?t really matters when you want to calculate the price. But it do has its logic cause anyone can buy fake followers for a couple bucks, but not anyone can really build a good account with great engagement. There is even a website, called Social Audit Pro, where you can pay to a system to analyze the genuineness of an account. Normally this system throws a result of 75% when it?s a good account. And pages that get more than 95% are excellent, which means a YES, buy them. Once you grow up an account, the question is. Where should I sell it? It is not easy to find potential buyers for your account. Most of the people try sending direct messages to random people but in my personal opinion this is a waste of time. You might find a few people that will seem interested in buying your account, but there is a long way ahead until you close the deal. My advice is to post on the Market Place in Black Hat World, in there you can find people that will be really interested and don?t have time to waste. Try differentiating between those who have paid for the membership (That means they will be willing to pay for something good). And my best advice, never make them lose confidence on you, never try to scam someone, never try to receive the money and don?t deliver the account. Be safe, and do what you offer. Now? Should I buy shoutouts to grow my account? Should I use an automated system?Building an account from 0 is a difficult task , it takes time and patience. Lately most of the people are trying automated systems to build their accounts. Which means paying for a bot that will interact with your instagram page. By interact I mean it will like other pictures, follow other users, comment, etc. I personally don?t share this as the best option to grow an account. I rather grow them organically. Automated systems are cheap but they are very risky, Instagram is detecting accounts that use this type of growing method and banning them. They update their limits constantly (How many people to follow daily, how many pictures to like daily) as a security method. Here is my advice:
    1. Gather up some great pictures related to your niche. Be different, post pictures that haven?t been posted yet on other accounts.
    2. Have a clean style and design, use a cropping app like No Crop for your pictures.
    3. Use hashtags at the beginning, otherwise it will be impossible for followers to find you.
    4. Be careful of what you post.
    5. Use captions that pick the followers curiosity.
And then, when you win some followers, pay for some shoutouts in accounts where it?s worth. There are pages that charge up to $400 per post, and I can assure that you wontwin the amount of followers that you expect. Be wise, pick accounts that really identify with yours. Be patient causegrowing an account can take a lot of time. For example. I am building an account in the adult niche for a client at the moment, that has to be delivered at 100K, I offered the client to give him the account in 7 months, in just a little bit more than 2 months I already reached 50K, and the engagement is amazing. I was lucky cause I really thought I was going to take longer on this one, but you never know. Make things right and good things will happen to you. Always communicate with your client if you have any delay or something different than what you agreed on. This is the only way you will maintain confidence intact. People always wonder how to conclude a deal without getting scammed. The risk is high and that is why you need to be careful. Always use PayPal as payment method, if someone tells you to pay thru Western Union don?t even consider on buying that account or shoutout, it?s a scam for sure unless you know the person. As a seller, always ask the person that is going to buy you the account to select NO SHIPPING NEEDED before they send the money on PayPal, otherwise, you deliver the account and they can claim the money back at any moment. Make sure he or she sends you an email specifying the reasons and purposes of the transaction so you have at least that backup in case something happens. Have a clean record on PayPal so they don?t hold your funds.

I mean, if I was using the white theme of BHW I'd be able to read it...

But I'm not - and most people aren't (I think?).

Is this just more WF copy and paste junk?

And then AGAIN you come here and then AGAIN, in the end, you ALWAYS advertise your services:

I'm tired of this game, and do you honestly think we are stupid?

Everyone, do NOT fall for this and do not PM @OP aspiring to obtain his "instatopservices", he's clearly not somebody to be trusted.

Oh and yeah, next time you post another indirect promotion, I will report you, and you will go out of here and lose that 97$ membership that you purchased only to appear more trustworthy.

    Best Regards,
    Jaymien.
