instagram tagging friend's ID..

I don't know how to call it
but most of you will know..
If I add the someone else ID like @ID @ID at the reply of article, it call the ID owner..
So I think If I use this as a marketing tools, then It can work..

Is there any one who used this already?
If I made new account and do that, for more than 100 or 200 people adding,,
then what happen? IG just pend my account? How long it will last?

yap right. of course IG would prohibit my account but I want to know when to do it. If it just last 1 day, it would be ok.
