Here is whats working for me:

I am using instamacro for auto likes and follows. So far so good.

I am posting about 3 photos every 4hrs, with tons of tags

Now I am looking for a way to auto comment on pics when I am not logged in. But I dont want to get the ban hammer. I see alot of people are using imicros to post comments. Would this be a good idea with using instamacro.

Any other tips will be great, thanks

Getting comments more then instagram allows will turn your account disabled. This is the most strict of their rules out there. Be careful with that one.

I constantly run multiple accounts with instaget pro, and the one time that I did get banned, I had accidentally logged in to the same account twice. I haven't ever gotten banned for commenting though and I have had Pro since the day it was released.
