Instagram - Suspicious Login Attempt - no access to email

Hi all,

I've got an "suspicious login attempt" on one of my accounts. Additionally, I don't have any access to the appropriate email address... is it somehow possible to reset the suspicous login attempt in order to login and change the email address?

Very difficult, almost impossible. To be honest I think that you won't get back the account. I lost 100s of accounts last year to the same issue where I couldn't get into my email accounts anymore. They are all gone now. Learn from the mistake and avoid it next time.
