So I just recently decided to create a new Instagram account today to post finance and motivation videos but randomly I was scrolling around on it and then it said instagram suspended me and deleted my account? What did I do wrong, it was a brand new account? I am unsure how to get it back because it had a username I liked? Anyone have any ideas?

It was your original content ? It has to be a reason ,maube check the email that you create the account and maybe they tell you the reason

IG doesn't suspend you for no reason, I am sure something went wrong but more details are needed.
Maybe you crossed the IG Limits?

Maybe you added a link instantly when you created a new account? This is probably a way to get yourself banned most of the time

It was the weirdest thing, I created a new email, setup my new account and made a bio. I added a profile picture and left it alone. I went back on it and scrolled onto another Instagram page and then it logged me out and said a suspension notice.

No link, brand new account. Never even posted on. Had it for maybe like 45 minutes. Only have other personals connect to Instagram and that is all.

Was that sarcasm or serious because I seriously am mind boggled behind the fact it got suspended. I’ve never had an account get suspended before and I’ve never had an account with over 1k followers or had really big engagement so idk what is going on.

It's serious, That is how IG works sometimes. We have had our new accounts getting blocked or banned sometimes for no reason, the accounts which we create for our mother child service or anything in general. Though the golden rule for any account to keep it going in the start is :
1.After creating an account, go very slow with whatever you do. Let it be posting, or any activity in general.
2.No links in bio atleast for a month until the account is created.
3.If you follow or dm users, start very slow and below the normal limits IG gives you.
4.Add a physical sim card number, email with a good email provider like gmail,gsuite or even outlook. Avoid russian, spammy or temp email providers at all costs.
5.Add 2fa or connect your facebook accounts, it's a +1 to tell IG that this account is genuine and not spammy.
6.If possible run ads for a few $, Every company gives priority and trust to those accounts who pay them.
Wtf… just to get an account back lol. I’ll just ditch it then, it has 0 followers and 0 likes but I liked the username… Shame…

Thank you so much for the info. The main thing that surprised me was that it literally had 0 stats at all and the only thing done to it was basic profile setup lol.

Even in recent years I've seen and heard many people complained abt this issue. Go for a new device. Don't try to use the same mobile device with which all your existing accounts are logged in. IG will detect the MACs and MIDs and map it over with existing accounts n devices.
So better can use it on the new device, nurture it for a few weeks, and make sure the profile will go to regular standard tasks you do, till the time don't log in to other devices.
Also, don't try to use the same mobile number or email for verification. Thumbrule.

Gibberish.
They ban accounts (even with thousands of posts and over 10 years old) for no reason very often and near hear any appeals.
