Instagram suggestions

Hi,
I am thinking of trying to build and grow some Instagram accounts and try make profit out of them.
So i need some suggestions.

I am thinking of making 20-30 accounts and grow if it is effective.
I have tried Jarvee's trial and seems very nice but maybe i choose Massplaner, not sure yet make your suggestions.
I whould like to use an image scrapper to fully automate the posting in my accounts but i don't have an idea what to use or how to use..any thoughts or suggestions on this whould be great.

Another matter that bother me is the phone verification.
How should i do it on big scale?

Any other suggestions or thoughts whould be helpfull..

I am not sure if i am gonna do it i am still thinking of it..
