People finally realised you could watch a lot of stories quickly without seemingly causing any problems. So everyone started doing it and thus began the beginning of the end, to the detriment of those who knew about it and were using it sensibly / under the radar for months / year. But thus is the way of botting

how hard were you doing it? I was looking at it again recently and blasted through 1000s of views with no issue (Granted nothing stupid like some people claim to be making millions per day) but still a lot and far too quick to be realGot my accounts banned with this perfect method

I did ~150k views a day and this amount gained me some "followers" like 30-50 if you do 1000-5000 views I'm 900% sure that it gives NOTHING completely at all just additional API calls on your account specially if you are scrappiung and searching these stories with filters with same account so it does 50k if not more requests to scrape your 5k stories.
But yes its not safe its not like you can blast stories and grow account and all good - it literally BANS account without way back, not some temp blocks. Acc disabled, dont get mad and dont use your money or good accounts with these methods.

No real user is watching 150k stories a day. If you are trying to exploit holes, then bans are a conseqeunce once it gets discovered. The game there is to bank before that happens.
Not at all. You could have got the same results from your 150k if you had just targeted the 50 who ended up following you back. With better targeting you are going to get better results than a shotgun approach. Get more from less and keep your account
The second you read about a method that exploits something on a public forum it is
a) either dead already
b) the countdown has started
Shotgun approaches no longer exist on IG. F/U 1500 a day dead. watching million stories a day, dead. You have to be smarter with the limits you need to stay within these days. You can target 1000 weak targets and get 0% new followers. Or you can get a high % follow backs if you are careful with what yo do

We did this on client account. When Likes/Follow actions got action blocked we switched to watch 1000-5000 ultra targeted stories with much of filters and so on and it didnt bring any good results - thats why I say this.
Also I dont know if you check BHW often but usually when people talks here about Story view methods they are watching - up to 10million stories a day here, not 1000 - thats why ive answered about this. These massive story views sounds not like a exploit hole, but like a hype and method here. I know multiple services which are doing 10million views/day for 10$/week on account and so. Even seen people switching mother slave method by doing story views like millions of them with each slave instead of F/L

This. Im supper lucky Ive checked these views not on clients accounts before starting somethingAs I wrote in other and previous topics! I do not recommend ! After 10 days of banned 10 customer accounts, now I have to do everything for them.

It is effective if you are doing it for small targets and not big targets as most of the big targets always have fake followers. Different businesses using mass following nowadays and gaining hundreds of followers every day. Most people don't put their main accounts on risk but do with their child or farm accounts so they can build the audience and convert them to the main account.
The concept is similar to mass following however there are almost fewer people that know that this can also work automatically.

Oh so that's what's happening here! I'm constantly getting story views from some people, and a lot of them are quite popular and verified. Some of them have millions of followers and i am like, how the fuck you found me lol. It's interesting to see that instagram shows me the number of views but if i look at the actions "next" and "back" and "exited" i can see the real number of views without those bots. So they are somehow pumping my views and number of total views but instagram is not detecting any actions.
popular ppl use masslooking and get tonn of traffic

No problems so far. Eventually this will get closed as NO REAL USER is watching 600k a day. Maybe IG won't do anything to users who have been hitting these numbers and you can bank before then, but if these accounts for the long run, this is a risk, even if it is currently working. But if they are throw away accounts and it is working NOW, you need to hit it as hard as you can until it no longer works and accounts are banned.

Am not saying it is not possible. Am saying it is probably not a good idea for the long term.
It is not an exploit, it is the fact you can send a request to IG server stating you have watched multiple stories in one go. Thus you can specify you have watched (x) stories with only (y) requests. If people are hitting 10 million, then IG *CURRENTLY* is not checking that end point. That will change at somepoint. Then what they do with users who have been abusing it with bots they will decide. But it doesn't take much to find talk online of people saying "why are these people reported as watching my videos". People are getting annoyed about. Nothing IG dislikes more is people degrading their service and annoying users.
So can you watch millions of video a day - sounds like you can. Is it a good idea, not for accounts you care about IMO.
