There are bots that can easily be developed for this with python and selenium (web driver). The idea is to mimic a actual user (not a robot) and browse and interact with content automatically.
Best than just viewing someone's story, is to give some interaction to this person's story and having than notified on their devices.
I haven't developed anything related to the stories so far, but I am well up for the challenge as the concept doesn't differ much from what I have already developed to Instagram audience hacking and organic reach/growth.

If your account isn't verified, story viewers are risky for normal ones these days. Verified profiles can still get away with the blocks or bans but sometimes they do get caught as well!
Maybe use some method which doesn't involve your login for main account if you want to scale and grow faster, F/UF will also work but that will give you 20-60 new followers/day.

I wouldn't know if there is any, I can suggest to hire a bot coder and build a custom bot for this

There's no need to make a custom one, already good ones are availaible out there if you know them!
