I have tried many, and Instagram catches on most of them.
The best way is to do it manually via phone.

Is the only functionality you're looking for are story views? Or are you looking to also like the stories, do polls, sliders, quizzes, etc.? If it's the former, then there's quite a lot of tools out there that already offer that functionality, with IAM and Susocial coming to mind as the cheapest options. But if you're looking for the latter in terms of functionality, then look into using instainfantry for that.

You're much better using your own phone and doing it manually...

Been using https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/vinzzard.1147806/ service for more than 3 months. Never had an issue with it, results are good, best value for the price imo
There are plenty out there but only a handful of them work great I suppose, which includes NecroMancer IG.
