Instagram story link cloaking ?

After 5 to 30 minutes my links on swipe up on story no longer work. It gets flagged as “potentially malicious by Instagram”

these are adult smart links cloaked with my own domain.

seeing every time I add new slug it works for 5 to 30 mins randomly ; is this manual review of story content in combination with link or is it the link itself ?

if it’s the link itself , anyone know how to sort out ?

I would suggest slow it down or redirect users to a safe page and then give them the option to visit the right page with a lead-gen form or something of that sort.

IG has gotten really strict with the adult niche and if you keep doing it, you might get blocked or even suspended.

Try using linktr.ee instead I use it for all my CPA links

Honestly, it could be both (manual review or link itself), FB has a huge team of 'fact checkers' so I wouldn't be surprised if they had a team of manual reviewers for suspicious links.
I would recommend sending ppl to a safe landing page first (like lead gen) and then redirect them
