I'm excited about it, just haven't figured out how to monetize it yet. I have 12k on ig, so they basically just gave me a 12k snapchat for free. xD

I just logged in and saw this.

The dumbest sh*t ever.

I must be in a bad mood because I do not have the patience for stupid stuff on Instagram right now. There are basic things on that app that don't even work, like an enter button to place spaces in your caption, yet they are trying to add stories?

They even copied the circles that the default photos are in.

Get your own ideas Instagram.

I think it's a great way to interact with your followers and you can advertise on it. Like a previous user said....they basically gave me a few huge "snapchat" accounts.

I actually think it's a great step up! If you look at Instagram from the social network perspective, it definitely gives you an extra dimension to share your content with followers. It's even better than snapchat, and more straightforward to use in my opinion.

It might even kill snapchat on the long term, as their model is mainly based on that single feature, whilst instagram is huge a picture based social network that now has that same feature.. so I guess they are going for the kill/takeover

Logged onto snapchat this morning definitely a decline in stories to look at LOL definitely going to faze snapchat out.

I did a test last night and out of my 53K followers I had about 2000 views on my story posts in about 12 hours.

Do you think any of the bot software will ever be able to add the stories feature?

Maybe the basic features, but I doubt they can do everything.

Yeh, I was just kinda pissed at first when I first saw it because of recent bad updates from instagram. But now I dont mind it, its kind of nice because theres no need for snapchat anymore and you'll get way more views.

It probably does suck for people who are following a ton of people though lol

So true, you may follow them on IG doesn't mean you want to see their day to day life lol I already unfollowed a couple people.

Most likely, it wouldn't be that hard to code. The hardest part is finding out how to optimize it for money.

I'm thinking you can just monetize it the same way you are already monetizing Snapchat.

because I do not follow the same people on Snapchat that I follow on Instagram.
