Instagram - Some questions - advice needed :)

Hey guys,

I just started some Instagram accounts and I am total noob I would say.
So I got a few questions which I am happy if you could help me out a bit

1. What should be the maximum amount of people I follow? At the moment I have 1500 followers and I follow nearly 4000 ppl.
2. I started using instagress today to unfollow automatically in "slow" mode - Is it okay that I login to my Instagram account with my iphone during instagress is running? Can I continue posting Pics with my Iphone at the same time?
3. Will instagram delete my account only for using instagress?

I have never heard of Instagram confirming such claims that when you reach a certain number like 7500 it brings an error. I doubt that because i have friends who have more than that and even close to a million followers but you can confirm from their website.
