Yup starting to look like that's the case, it's been a week now and really no improvement or sign of hope.Instagram is now strict like Facebook and Twitter.
Add followers, within 24-48 hours, GONE!! No matter how much costly followers you buy, all SAME.
I will not sell fake followers/likes anymore. CLOSE CHAPTER.
Did you refund your clients? & what was your refill policy/amount of days? If they're out of your refill period are you going to refund them?i already thought so and took everything down few days ago
Thanks for the info! On your site did you have an "I agree to the terms of service" check box? that they were required to check when purchasing? Yeah it was good $$ while it lasted :\ I have a terms of service that states what you mentioned but instead of requiring them to check it because I felt like I would lose possibility of a new customer because it would scare them away so I just stated in my TOS that by purchasing through my site they agree to the following terms, if they do not agree to the terms then do not purchase through the site but I feel like I will have a hard time winning disputes with that.I had a 20 days refill policy and sitewide notice, any customer which contacted me got a refill or instead of followers, free likes or free auto likes for those who are 'influencers'
The one which were out of period, got informed about that this is the risk of buying digital goods and that my policy and terms doesnt accept a cashback/refund or dispute at paypal, i also said that buying followers is spam and abuse for instagram and that is the reason why followers can be lost
What i also always mention is, that i only resell from a provider and dont run a ig bot-farm by my own.
I refunded only 2 customers which bought at Day X and got only one open dispute at paypal.. and i'm sure that i will win the case, because of my policy and terms which the customer accepted
F..king frustating, SMM is a nice side business, but i don't want this trouble anymore.

True, now IG is down worldwide grr!!!you should have published the check-boxes, i even got more than one check-box in the last step - 1x terms, 1x policy & one extra repeating the policy sections "refund" and "refill" - i dont need customers which only buy at my store if they feel safe, if someone wants your service, he/she will agree just to receive your stuff - it notifies everyone about the worst case
