Instagram Showing Wrong Follower Count?

    I have no idea what is going on but let me make this clear, This happened before months ago and i was trying to hard to explain to my provider this issue however he was denying it and claiming there is nothing wrong. in 3-4 days all the clients lost the followers and the realy number started to show up.

    So now lets talk about today, You have no idea BUT i have 1 client who lost 150k and i have another one that lost 200k, and one more lost 100k! I'm in deep problem with this and now they are asking for money back however im trying to calm them down and telling them this will be fixed.

    I tried to explain to my provider the issue as today i places an order 80k before this happened and it marked as completed in less then 30 minutes HERE the problem started to happen.

    IF my provider is not going to solve this issue trust me, my clients will have charge back aside from the order that i added today costs me 160$ that im asking for the balance back.

    I have no idea what is going on but i really hope this is a bug from IG but i dont think so, Wait 3-4 days and you will see everyone followers went back to normal and big drop down happened.

    Lets hope for the best really :S!

    It isn't a bug, the follower will drop and at the end only the kept one will be left .. it was once and it happens now again, had the same issue, provider fooled me only to keep the money i spent trying to replace the lost folllwers and then he refilled cheap followers which disappaer after few days one by one

    at some point IG will win..

    Guys so after this all are the numbers will back up or will the client lose every single followers that we have send them using Panels

    Its not a bug, Its big drop down happened, this happened before months ago and again now its happening again. Seems IG is testing new way for this and its working, they are trying hard to get rid of this thing and trust me sooner or later this will be so hard same as twitter. it will not be possible to buy followers but i hope not.

    Trust me today i have 400k lose of followers for my clients and im paying again for them to have them back again

    I'm seeing pretty accurate drops which has me thinking it's going to be a permanent loss.
    Ex: Client bought 10,000 and lost exactly 10,000, if it was a glitch I don't think the number would be that accurate...

    When did your client bought 10k? Was it over a span of a few months/weeks, before today?

    I just got this answer from the ticket Panel:

    There is an update ongoing with IG ... we dont know if its the a BUG in the counter because followers are coming and going on every refresh or there is a real drop ... we have to wait till the update is over so we can refill if there is a drop !
    Sorry about this but there is nothing we can do at the moment !

    Starting to believe they did a purge of Inactive accounts of 6 months or more (haven't posted, liked, dmd, etc)

    If this is true what are your next steps as far as your clients?
    1. Come out of pocket and refill (might lose followers again soon/which means even more money lost)
    2. Tell the truth and say the followers were deleted, don't offer a refill, and refund money
    3. Shutdown website, email,/PayPal account, & take the money and run
    4. Different approach

    How long are you going to give it to "fix itself" or realize it's a permanent loss
    What are you currently telling your customers who are complaining/what amount of time are you asking from them before you refill/refund?

    Better pepper your angus and bust out your wallets, it's definitely an Instagram purge.

    Now ordering through panels I am only getting about 18% of what I paid for and then the system marks it as complete. This is all bad :( look like a win for IG

    Some of my clients lost 10K-30K-40K Followers... in one night. It's not a bug, it's a purge of followers. At the moment i stopped the selling of followers on my website, until the situation is stable. I not want to lose others money.

    But dont most panel owners give only 30 day refill guarantee? So why refill out of pocket for past followers dropping?

    most of the "30 Refill Guarantee" Services keep about 80-85% constantly - also afters months, currently there is a 90-100% losing of all buyed followers instantly, so basically customers bought in july-aug-sept 1-10k+ and lost all 1-10k's+

    Can you confirm if any drops are from followers sent before July?

    The problem is that starting yesterday and today, what i saw and notice is once you send any followers to anyone, they are going down the same time also the panels are effected that they are marking the order completed instantly without sending any followers to anyone and this is so bad.

    i checked the last 6 months, mainly the older ones are still ok, all orders from middle of july to now are 85-90% dropped.. hard detailed and a lot of work, summit about 250k+ followers are lost from my customers and i'm still not finished with checking my orders. after my list is finished i will open a ticket and give the panel 48-72 hours for refill / fix / refund it, after that i will open a dispute at paypal and give only customer which write or contact me, the money back.

    we are resellers, the panels have to offer working services, without us, they wouldnt sell that amount of followers, and we as reseller are not responsible if the provider can't hold what he's promising


    BTW: sometimes the refill button works and i can skip the customer

    Seems like the count is more stable now, not seeing the before the drop #, only seeing the drop # which seems like what you see is what you get and it's permanent.

    Do you think the chances of winning PayPal disputes are high? Even if you've added funds to your account through panel numerous times? And are you only going to dispute orders that are still within the refill period?

    Are you going to pay out of pocket for the refills on orders out of the refill period?
    Sorry for all the questions, just really want to see how everyone else is going about this.

    Find it pretty cool that we're all somewhat competitors but are willing to help one another out...
